There's no other explanation for it. I'm just plain crazy! Why else would I have decided to set up a micro bakery, a website and now a blog? Why else would I have risked so much money? Over the past several months, I have completely transformed what was once a cluttered, messy and chaotic utility room into a beautiful, fully functional bakery. I have spent a small fortune on new flooring, new plumbing, new doors, building a false wall, storage, packaging, ingredients and training. I have worked seven day weeks for so long now, that I can't remember the last time I just had a day to chill out and do nothing. And for what? For a grand total of five sales. FIVE!
